Dear Russ, This letter is long overdue, but full of praise for the excellent lattice patio construction your company performed at our home in May, 2001. This cover stretches the entire length of our home and has been an impressive addition to our use of the inside and outside areas. We have not had to run the air conditioner once this summer. Daily we sit on the patio and enjoy the precise workmanship, finishing of materials, and planning of space. It is really very artistic. Additionally, we wish you to thank your fine workmen for their concern and care in working in our yard. They were very fine craftsmen, worked together as a team. Dear Russ, It's been nearly a year since you installed our patio and the concrete work has withstood the time remarkably well. Having spent a lifetime in building maintenance I've learned to expect a certain degree of cracking and separation but our patio is virtually crack-free.My wife and I particularly enjoyed working with you in the planning and execution of this project.
